Goal of position

Design of electric motors by integrating the electromechanical processes that compose it

Educational Prerequisites

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Automotive, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Advanced English - TOEFL min. Score of ITP 585 / iBT 84, CEFR level B2-C1 (or equivalent)

Technical Prerequisites

  • Automotive knowledge background
  • Applicable engineering & physics knowledge
  • Knowledge of mechanical design and interface with electrical components
  • Background in FMEA
  • Understanding of electric drive architecture concepts
  • Knowledge of the Product Development Process
  • CREO software design
  • Microsoft office

Responsibilities

  • Generation of design and models of e-motor systems, as well as their costing
  • Windchill management to release changes
  • Product function and packaging calculations
  • Structural calculations of the product design
  • Handling of DFMEA & ADVPR
