Sus responsabilidades claves

• Develop and implement comprehensive public affairs strategies to support the organization’s objectives across Latin America.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to advance favorable policy outcomes.
• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in the region, advising senior leadership on potential impacts and strategic responses.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the governmental and public domain.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align public affairs strategies with corporate goals and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our interests and gather insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on public policy issues, strategic initiatives, and progress metrics.
• Coordinate with the Head of Government & Public Relations Americas to ensure regional alignment with overarching public relations strategies.
• Manage external consultants as needed to support public affairs objectives.

Sus aptitudes

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field, preferably within the Latin American region. Previous experience working within the public sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the political, social, and economic landscape in Latin America
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Ability to travel within the country and region as required
