Goal of position
Using the project management method professionally and efficiently in order to be able to handle and control the competing goals of time, costs, and quality to satisfy the expectations of the internal and external stake holders.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
- At least 3 year of professional experience in project management.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
Technical Requirements
- APQP Knowledge (PPAP Process).
- Focus on Customer Service relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the project management method.
- Good facilitating and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Executing projects and assuming responsibility.
- Direct contact with OE Customers for PPAP Approvals.
- Achieving agreed-upon project goals (content, quality, date, costs) and fulfilling the project order
- Core Team Management and Administration.
- Structuring, planning, and controlling the project, subprojects, and work packages
- Managing the approved project budget and reviewing the project costs (planned/ actual)
- Estimating risks and continuously determining project progress (planned/ actual comparison)
- Customer satisfaction focus to deliver projects that it’s able to meet the expectations.
