Sus responsabilidades claves

Planification and organization:
Define the scope, targets and deliverables of the project.
Create and manage timings and assign the resources needed.
Establish project budget and ensure to meet with the financial limits.

Core Team Management and Administration:
Coordinate and lead the multi-disciplinary team by assigning tasks and making sure each member completes it.
Moviate the team and solve conflicts or issues that can emerge.
Encourage good communication and collaboration among the project team members.

Project Management:
Thorough tracking of the project stages and progress, making sure that the gateways are met together with the expected quality standards.
Identify potential risks to meet the targets and develop mitigation strategies with the corresponding escalation.
Adjust the project plan if needed to mitigate unforeseen issues.

Stakeholder communication:
Prepare executive reports to show the project status and make sure that the targets are being met.
Customer satisfaction focus to deliver a project that it's able to meet the expectations.
Periodical report to the stake holders about the project progress and potential risks with their corresponding mitigation action.

Project Closure:
Coordinate the final project revision to compare the targets vs the actual results.
Document the lessons learned and distribute them accordingly.
Oficially deliver the project to Production and Quality by closing all the open topics.

Required Technical Knowledge:

- APQP Process (PPAP elements).
- Customer Specific Requirements.
- Desirable Basic Knowledge in Productive Processes (Assembly, Machining, Stamping).
- Production drawings reading and understanding.

- SAP (desirable)
