Sus responsabilidades claves
- Assist in managing and supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes within SAP, focusing on the SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
- Collaborate with IT and Sales teams to ensure accurate data exchange between SAP and external partners.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SD module and EDI transactions.
- Support the preparation of reports and data analysis related to the Sales processes.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system updates or new functionalities in SAP SD and EDI interfaces.
- Maintain and update documentation on SAP SD configurations, EDI mappings, and workflows.
- Provide administrative support to the IT Sales & EDI team as required.
Sus aptitudes
- Basic understanding of IT systems, preferably with some knowledge of SAP ERP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage documentation and multiple tasks.
- Proactive approach and eagerness to learn SAP functionalities and EDI protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English for effective communication with international teams.
