Your Key Responsibilities
- Responds and follows-up on customer inquirires and relevant customer activities
- Executing order fulfillment processes, confirming pricing and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Preparing business-related reports and coordinating sales and quality returns
- Support intercompany business processes
- Serve as a contact point for customer master data changes
Your Qualifications
- Associate's degree or applicable experience in a sales, marketing, or engineering department
- Microsoft Office Knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.),
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions with minimal interaction from supervisor/management
- English advanced level
