Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide SAP FICO support to resolve reported incidents, advise users on the proper use of the system, and implement approved upgrades, enhancements, and project requests.
  • Directly interface, collaborate and partner with business process owners and key users to clarify requirements and coordinate testing, training, and support.
  • Elaborate functional specifications from business requirements.
  • Plan and conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing prior to implementation.
  • Interfaces with peers in regional IT team to improve services and solve assigned tasks and projects.
  • Interfaces with peers in central IT team to present regional initiatives and develop them in accordance with the global governance model.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP R/3 ECC FICO functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing or supporting S/4 Hana Finance functions.
  • Minimum of two end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including hands-on experience with solution design, blueprinting, configuration, cutover planning and execution.
  • Functional knowledge in areas related to SAP FICO including Treasury, Asset Mgmt., Credit Mgmt., Accounts Receivable and Payable (AR/AP), Investment Mgmt., Cash Mgmt., Banking Communication, Tax Accounting, General Ledger.
  • Experience in supporting MX localization requirements like e-Accounting, CFDI and others.
  • Experience in supporting HR and Payroll interface to FI and CO in Payroll Posting, EDI and CFDi data exchange
  • Experience in productivity suites, such as Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Jira.
  • Preferred but not a must have – ABAP knowledge (debugging)
  • Demonstrate success in the ability to lead technology initiatives by projecting a positive attitude. Exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm, combined with the ability to build relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to utilize the appropriate techniques to plan, organize, control and coordinate activities.
  • Accountable for the timely resolution of specific issues and problems.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in a global IT environment.
  • Fluent English.
