Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT SAP Logistics & Foreign Trade teams in Region Americas, as disciplinary and functional manager.
- DPO (Deputy Product Owner) for SAP Logistics & Foreign Trade in the region.
- Work in close collaboration with global IT Product Owners to develop and support IT product solutions.
- Act as an advisor to regional business stakeholders to identify and prioritize regional business demands.
- Manage IT portfolio, projects, operations and services for SAP Logistics & Foreign Trade products in the region.
- Ensure that IT product solutions are properly localized and compliant with regional regulations and legal requirements.
- Choose and liaise with external parties in contractual and operational matters, within given authority levels.
- Foster a culture of innovation amongst the team and the organization.
- Provide mentoring, coaching and continuous learning to the team to promote internal talent development.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent disciplines.
- 10 to 15 years experience in Information Technology technical fields.
- Experience in leading and mentoring IT teams.
- Experience managing SAP application operations and projects in Logistics Execution, Warehousing, EWM and Foreign Trade.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business processes in Logistics & Foreign Trade areas.
- Experience working in an international IT environment.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Strong people management skills.
