Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, validation, and entry of payroll-related data and incidents.
- Generate basic reports related to payments, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Organize and manage documentation related to personnel movements.
- Collaborate with other HR areas to ensure proper execution of processes.
- Support in the calculation of taxes and contributions (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT).
- Assist with employee registration, deregistration, and updates with the IMSS.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Your Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-semester student in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and database management.
- Ability to handle confidential information with attention to detail.
- Full-time availability.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Basic familiarity with platforms such as SUA, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT (preferred).
