Sus responsabilidades claves

  • Lead and manage the labor relations activities, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies, addressing potential risks proactively.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor dispute resolution.
  • Analyze labor market trends and their potential impact on the organization.
  • Prepare reports and communication materials for management and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment. 

 

Sus aptitudes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations or employee relations, including supervisory or leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and dispute resolution practices. Negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic recommendations.
