Sus responsabilidades claves
- Lead and manage the labor relations activities, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies, addressing potential risks proactively.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor dispute resolution.
- Analyze labor market trends and their potential impact on the organization.
- Prepare reports and communication materials for management and external stakeholders.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.
Sus aptitudes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor relations or employee relations, including supervisory or leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and dispute resolution practices. Negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic recommendations.
