Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of U.S. leave requests, from initial notification to returning to work (FMLA, ADA, Short/Long Term Disability, state specific programs, etc.)
- Interpret and apply U.S. federal and state law, particularly FMLA, ADA, and STD as well as company policies
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of leave entries and case documentation
- Advise employees and managers on leave options, eligibility, and rights
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and third-party administrators
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences
- Two (2) years of human resources experience, specifically in leave administration, preferred
- Strong understanding of employment/leave of absence laws (i.e., FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS or leave management systems
- Ability to handle sensitive medical information with confidentiality
