Sus responsabilidades claves

• Prepare and deliver clear project documentation, status updates, and presentations in Business English for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring effective communication and customer-focused engagement throughout all project stages.
• Conduct proactive end-to-end analysis of business processes to identify bottlenecks and suggest process optimization or automation opportunities.
• Develop, update, and manage Power BI dashboards, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to support data-driven decision making.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks to ensure timely project delivery while balancing multiple assignments and shifting priorities.
• Design, develop and implement citizen digital solutions in technologies are VBA coding, Microsoft power platform.
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions to increase technical skills and gain proficiency on the offered catalog. 
• Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and technological changes, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective and consistently delivery of high-quality results in dynamic environments. 

Sus aptitudes

• Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, Python, C, C++, or HTML.
• Business English proficiency is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead stakeholder meetings and maintain a strong customer orientation.
• Proven ability to proactively analyze business processes and recommend effective improvements.
• Proficiency in Power BI analytics and understanding of Power Automate tool.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and the Scrum framework is desirable.
• Highly developed soft skills, resilience, and adaptability to navigate and excel in dynamic business, process, and technology environments.
