Sus responsabilidades claves
- Support in developing the Region Americas strategy
- Prepare research and analysis for assessing sustainability goals and progress related to regional sustainability matrix
- Guide project personnel and stakeholders in the development and implementation of specific initiatives
- Evaluation and analysis of sustainability targets and projects
- Conduct in-depth interviews with internal stakeholders to understand strategic goals and initiatives
- Organize and participate in agile learning labs to validate and refine strategies
- Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics
- Liaise between various business departments and groups
- Searches for, analyzes and compiles sources for market information to identify or address business development cases
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
- Presents findings to relevant stakeholders and initiates business development activities, in cooperation with stakeholders in the business
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams regarding strategy effectiveness and problem solving
Sus aptitudes
- In-depth knowledge of company valuation, development of business cases, and complex financial models
- Very strong analytical thinking with the capacity to transfer between analysis and figures as well as the operative business and its strategy
- German language skills a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or another quantitative degree
- MBA or CFA designation preferred
- Solid Finance and Accounting foundation
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment as well as with a cross-functional team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks under changing deadlines
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Suite products
