Automation Quality Trainee

1) Goal of position: Automation Quality Trainee

The Automation Quality Trainee is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automated manufacturing processes and providing comprehensive support to customers post-sale. This role involves monitoring product quality, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills to enhance customer satisfaction and product performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments, including engineering, production, and sales, to implement quality assurance processes and improvements. You will also be responsible for conducting audits, managing non-conformance reports, and providing technical support to customers, ensuring they receive optimal performance from our automated solutions.

Formal prerequisites for the position

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or customer support in a manufacturing environment. (desirable)
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours or on-call as needed.

Lenguages

B2 or higher recognized certification to demonstrate the level of English, such as TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge, etc.

Description of main tasks

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage non-conformance reports and coordinate investigation efforts to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement quality control measures in new and existing products.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers post-sale to resolve issues and ensure product satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies for continuous improvement in product quality and customer experience.
• Train internal teams and customers on quality assurance practices and product usage.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to quality metrics, customer feedback, and improvement initiatives.
