Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining communication with internal customers regarding outstanding invoices, payment confirmations, and discrepancies.
  • Help reconcile customer accounts, identify discrepancies, and support resolution of issues.
  • Assist in documenting and tracking customer disputes, gathering backup documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
  • Ensure all activities follow company policies, internal controls, and accounting guidelines.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support smooth order-to-cash processes.
  • Develop understanding of AR processes, systems, and best practices, while supporting process improvement initiatives.
