Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive and assist in the development and implementation of Supply Chain Services, such as kitting and third-party deals
- Expanding and strengthening logistical customer relationships
- Planning and conducting workshops to implement SCM services and optimize processes
- Acting as the main contact person for overarching SCM topics with our customers and production plants
- Monitoring and improving customer-specific SCM KPIs (from customer portals)
- Collecting and enhancing SCM-specific reports as a basis for discussions with customers and production plants
- Systematic improvement of deliveries from the production plants, among other measures through regular demand reviews, adjustment of replenishment times, and MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities)
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, SCM, or a related field
- Expertise in SCM and sales
- High level of proactivity
- Enjoy working with diverse stakeholders both at the customer and Schaeffler levels
- Enthusiasm for actively driving new processes and topics forward
- Valid work permit for Czech Republic at the moment of application
