Your Key Responsibilities

  • Define value propositions, involving cross-functional collaboration, including ongoing analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to tailor offerings effectively.

  • Conduct strategy workshops and support in defining a customer strategic roadmap.

  • Define, implement, and manage detailed business case structures & processes for Customer Strategies & other Activities, especially focusing on strategic fit and contractual elements.

  • Define, implement, and monitor detailed business case structures & processes for Customer Strategies & other activities, including implementing an easy Break-Even approach for strategic investments.

  • Align with Contract Management on relevant drivers for the customer strategic roadmap. Structure and review various aspects of customer conditions such as bonuses, discounts, and marketing activities to ensure alignment with customer strategy.

  • Assist in aligning holistic Key Account Management (KAM) strategies with strategic customers.

  • Define, implement a Customer Corridor Management process 

  • Involvement in further harmonization of Customer Conditions.

  • Align with Contract Management on relevant drivers for customer strategic roadmap.

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Business or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in customer management, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in customer performance analysis or a similar role.

  • Proven expertise in contract management and strategic customer management.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop detailed business cases, including financial and strategic assessments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong project management skills to implement and monitor processes across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and software for data-driven decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel.

  • Valid work permit for Czech Republic
