Your Key Responsibilities
- Handling inquiries and preparing quotations
- Independent review, recording, and processing of inquiry data
- Clarification of open details with sales partners/customers, key accounts, and product managers/application engineers, as well as proactive monitoring.
- Contract Review
- Recording and distributing incoming contracts in a targeted manner
- Reviewing sales-relevant contract components according to internal guidelines in consultation with the supervisor.
- Sales Processes
- Maintaining customer master data, including understanding its impact on subsequent processes.
- Independent processing of credit and debit notes, including bonuses, clarifying relevant details with specialist departments (e.g., tax, controlling, accounting), and providing technical guidance to other sales staff
- Project Work
- Leading sub-projects and participating in large-scale, strategic projects with sales-related topics
- Reporting

Preparing, analyzing, and evaluating business data (e.g., revenue, margins, portfolio, delivery performance, payment behavior, and offer fulfillment rate) within the assigned customer base.

- Complaints

Acceptance, system-based creation, and processing of customer complaints (e.g., price, quality, logistics) and decision-making/implementation/coordination of corrective actions (e.g., replacement delivery, goodwill credit note after consultation with the supervisor) in coordination with the relevant departments (QA, Logistics, Sales, PM), as well as communication with the relevant customers and key accounts.
- Independent processing of defect complaints (especially price, logistics, quality)

Providing technical training and support to new and existing sales staff globally, as well as student trainees and interns.

Setting up SAP processes, including creating RFMM and M3/M4/M5/M6 orders, including IOP for plant relocations and technical changes.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, ideally with a technical background (e.g. mechanical/electrical engineering, industrial engineering or completed training as an industrial clerk with additional training as a business administrator or comparable training)
- Experience in sales and/or customer service in the automotive industry or in the automotive aftermarket.
- Business fluent English (written and spoken), further languages are an advantage
- SAP R/3 knowledge (module SD & MM), Business Warehouse, very good PC knowledge (MS Office), analytical functions in Excel, as well as data structure and evaluation via PowerBI
- Good interpersonal skills in an international environment, ability to work in a team, negotiation skills, customer orientation, flexibility, sense of responsibility, process and project orientation, creativity, perseverance and commitment as well as
- Goal orientation and motivation, structured approach, ability to work under pressure, initiative, independence
- Valid work permit for Czech Republic
