Sales Planning & Analysis Professional

Your Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and coordination of sales/cost analyses and planning for a defined sales area. 
• Compliance with the specifications from the management handbook. 
• Implementation of a continuous improvement process in own area
• Regular preparation of standard reports (e.g. costs, key financial figures, turnover, sales, deviations from the budget plan, price budget plan, price development)
• Processing ad hoc inquiries and preparation of results in alignment with other departments
• Coordination and communication of planning activities in the defined sales area and category management and central functions. 
• Development of decision templates
• Coordination and implementaion of long-term sales planning to support Strategy Dialogue
• Coordination and implementation of sales forecasts
• Active participation in projects

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business or related field

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Analysis or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration

• Hands-on mentatily and ability to work independently in an international team

• Business fluent English, other languages would be an advantage

• Proficiency in using analytics tools and software, MS Office Programs and ideally SAP

• Willingness to travel

• Valid work permit for Czech Republic
