Project Office Professional - Quality Vehicle Lifetime Solutions

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects (and sub-projects) in the quality department of the Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions division across various functions and regions, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget targets are achieved.
• Manage the portfolio of quality projects for comprehensive planning and steering.
• Independently track and control strategic projects for the development and implementation of quality strategies.
• Identify improvement areas and drive change management initiatives, especially in global communication and strategy alignment.
• Use your analytical skills to lead data-driven improvement projects and achieve measurable success (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma projects)
• Ensure compliance with the management handbook and internal standards.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement processes, including analysis of organizational structures and workflows.
• Coordinate lessons learned, benchmarks, and best practices to optimize productivity and value creation.
• Prepare and communicate regular project status reports to stakeholders and top management, triggering escalation if necessary.

Your Qualifications

• University degree: With a Bachelor's degree: at least 4 years of relevant experience in quality management and project/PMO activities; With a Master's degree: at least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in quality management or related specialist fields to successfully execute quality-related projects.
• Strong analytical skills to successfully implement data-driven continuous improvement projects. Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience in moderating between different stakeholder groups.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational development.
• Ability to identify areas for change and implement improvement measures effectively.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles Lean/Six Sigma methodologies including Value Stream Mapping, 5´s, TPM, Logistic concepts, Kanban system, Bottleneck theory & Business Process analysis & knowledge of the current quality specifications is a plus
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; German language skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and MS office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid work permit for the Czech Republic at the time of application.
