Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Regional Distribution Center Europe in the area of operational excellence
  • Logistical design, ramp-up and operational implementation of new warehouse locations in Europe
  • Further development of warehouse locations in terms of on-time deliveries, lead times, productivity and other relevant KPIs
  • Carrying out process reviews and process optimizations in collaboration with the local logistics managers and central functions
  • Supporting the implementation of future requirements as part of the logistics transformation
  • Active participation in projects in the area of Operations & Supply Chain Management Europe

Your Qualifications

  • Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on logistics, or comparable training in the logistics environment
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of operational logistics, e.g. as a warehouse manager
  • Very good knowledge of SAP logistics modules and MS Office
  • Experience in lean management methods
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Business fluent in English, other European languages advantageous
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Very high willingness to travel
  • Valid work permit for Czech Republic
