Your Key Responsibilities

  • Development, introduction and further development of the Schaeffler Governance Framework in the VLS division
  • Responsibility for the VLS management system and the transfer to the governance framework
  • Planning, preparation, support and follow-up of internal and external system audits
  • Management and further development of the topics of quality governance and quality excellence in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Development and implementation of LEAN and Six Sigma approaches in the VLS division on a strategic, governance and operational level
  • Conception, moderation and support of improvement initiatives and transformation measures in the area of process management, LEAN and Six Sigma
  • Collaboration with departments, regions and locations to develop and scale best practices
  • Advising executives and teams on topics related to governance, process management, Six Sigma and continuous improvement
  • Support of those responsible in the further development of structures, processes and methods in the context of organizational development
  • Support and promotion of a data- and fact-based improvement culture within the VLS division

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies with an economic or technical background or comparable training
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of governance and process management
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in LEAN, Six Sigma or comparable improvement methods
  • Strong skills in facilitating workshops as well as in designing and implementing change processes
  • Strengths in the analysis of complex interrelationships as well as in structured and addressee-oriented communication
  • High problem-solving orientation, initiative and a very good organizational way of working
  • Fluent in written and spoken Deutsch and English as well as occasional willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and social skills in dealing with internal and external partners
