Your Key Responsibilities
- Develops the programs, plans and measures to drive business performance at all stages of the product life cycle, for products or product line assigned.
- Monitor product portfolio of managed product lines, initiate and coordinate developments, launches, re-launches, etc..
- Coordinate external benchmarking and utilize market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities.
- Create, adapt and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure optimized product positioning in the market.
- Maintain a strong cooperation with the R+D department to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends and customer expectations.
- Visit customers (if required) and contribute to respective offerings on a regular base to ensure product lines and products meet customer needs.
- Close cooperation with other regional functions
- Help and support in development of technical services for EV&Hybrid vehicles
- Market research including competitor analysis
- General support for Product department Europe
Your Qualifications
- High school or University degree preferred Technical but not obligatory
- Full capability in using Microsoft office tools, main focus on Excel and data tools
- Open minded and willing to learn
- Data-driven analytical thinking skills
- High level of communications and presentation skills
- High ability to cope with pressure, mobility, flexibility, and the willingness for changes
- Intercultural competence and openness
- Technical and overall interests in vehicles
- Readiness to travel
- Business-fluent English in spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
