Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Automations team with general administration, record-keeping, and documentation maintenance of current automation solutions, pilots, and projects.
- Assist in tracking and managing incoming requests and tickets from business users, including identifying common issues and troubleshooting before escalating to developers.
- Support the team with presentations and reports to update stakeholders on automation initiatives, project statuses, and individual solutions.
- Assist in creating and updating user manuals, process documentation, and knowledge base articles for automation solutions.
- Help monitor the status of change requests and communicate progress to relevant business units.
- Contribute to improving communication and engagement with business users regarding automation capabilities and best practices.
Your Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in business, economics, informatics, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Business fluency in English; German is welcome but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A team player with a hands-on mentality and eagerness to contribute to projects and initiatives.
- Familiarity with automation technologies (RPA, low-code platforms, AI tools) is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid work permit for Czech Republic at the moment of application
