Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develops regional Digital Marketing strategy for Automotive Aftermarket and coordinates the implementation across Region Europe
  • Leads the Digital Marketing team Automotive Aftermarket within Region Europe
  • Ensures support and cooperation with local marketing teams in development and execution of local digital activities and communications incl. building synergies and best practice sharing
  • Analyzes market trends and customer’s current and future needs, monitors competitor’s activities
  • Identifies trends and insights, optimizes spendings and performance based on insights
  • Evaluates emerging technologies, initiates, leads and cooperates on adoption when appropriate
  • Evaluates end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Leads planning and development of digital marketing campaigns and coordinates the execution
  • Analyze measures and performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
  • Cooperates on development of regional communication strategy and digital content, coordinates implementation across Region Europe
  • Cooperates on global and regional omni-channel strategy execution, digital initiatives and projects and rolls them out across Region Europe
  • Ensures close collaboration of Digital Marketing team Automotive Aftermarket Europe with the Central, Regional and Local Automotive Aftermarket marketing teams
  • Plans and controls the Digital marketing budget for Automotive Aftermarket Europe
  • Leads collaboration with agencies and other external partners

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in marketing or related fields
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing in international environment, minimum 6 years
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, mailing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Familiar with developing, planning and managing budgets
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are advantage
  • Valid working permit for Czech Republic
