Your Key Responsibilities

  •  Collaborate with Change Managers to develop creative training materials that promote the adoption of digital solutions and highlight project achievements.

  • Create engaging videos, infographics, and illustrations that not only simplify complex concepts but also communicate our achievements and future goals to management and the broader organization.

  • Support the UX design process by providing insights and design concepts using Figma or similar tools

  • Lead the development of communication strategies that resonate with various audiences and showcase the impact of our initiatives.

  • Produce materials that engage management and stakeholders, raising awareness of the value of our change initiatives.

  • Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve training and communication materials.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, communication, and change management.

Your Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in internal communications, creative production, or UX design.

  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or similar tools.

  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a knack for creating engaging and informative content tailored for various audiences.

  • Understanding of change management principles and methodologies is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Business fluent English, other languages are an advantage

  • Valid work permit for Czech Republic
