Ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair orders, for tools utilized in production or products returned as assigned.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external customers in order to clarify issues and orders
- Calculate cost of repair assignments and plan the respective resources, if required
- Plan and oversee maintenance schedules and repair operations, and approve repair results, when appropriate
- Ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, and ensure achievement of agreed performance standards
- Participate in plant training programs for repair personnel
Your Qualifications
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in production, Engineering or related field and/or Vocationally trained
- 5 - 10 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in SAP
- Proficient in English as a working language
- Analytical thinking skills and goal - results oriented
- Lead a department or several teams assigned
