Operate machinery and tools to set up production equipment. Ensure the correct configuration and calibration of machines. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and/ or program the operating machine and check accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime
- Cooperate with maintenance staff, if necessary
- Check finished product/product component and submit for approval
- Ensure Production targets are met on a daily basis
Your Qualifications
- Grade 12
- 3 to 5 Years experience
- Sound knowledge of Press Shop process
- Understanding of quality
