Implement production standards, and oversee, coordinate and continuously improve all production operations to achieve KPIs, for a single segment in a plant assigned.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Implement methods, guidelines and procedures, and manage the production processes to achieve KPIs agreed.
- Ensure continuous improvement, renewal and maintenance of all production equipment (including tools) assigned.
- Ensure proper quality management and quality assurance operations.
- Ensure fine-scheduling, sequencing and approval of production orders, allocate resources, close or reschedule production orders, if needed.
- Continuously develop own organisation and strive for improvements in QCD.
Your Qualifications
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in production, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in SAP.
- Proficient in English as a working language.
- Analytical thinking skills and goal - results oriented.
- Lead a department or several teams assigned.
- Manages projects, budgets and resources, and ensure effective tools, methods and processes.
- In depth knowledge of CNC programming
