Perform a range of IT operations to ensure reliable and stable service operations, for all assigned IT Systems.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and diagnose network problems, and contribute to immediate solution measures
- Support effectiveness of IT systems, carry out defined and limited change and development orders
- Install, configure and maintain network systems (Client-Server-structures), examining network related issues
- Plan, define and maintain targets for service quality, and ensure goal fulfilment with the corresponding user support
- Ensure and coordinate deep dive troubleshooting in case of problems and incidents, and escalate internally and/or externally (vendor cases) to ensure service quality
- Maintain employee data throughout the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Applied Computer Science or related field
- 3 years’ experience
