Your Key Responsibilities
- 开展量产产线巡检、制程稽核，管控关键工序，识别质量风险。
- 快速处置量产不良及批量质量异常，运用质量工具分析根因，制定整改方案并跟进闭环。
- 维护检验标准、作业指导书，确保文件匹配量产现场要求。
- 统计分析良率、不良率等质量数据，针对高频问题推动专项改善。
- 对接量产相关客诉，完成问题追溯，编写 8D 等质量报告并落实预防措施。
- 配合内外部质量审核，推动不符合项整改；联动各部门协同解决量产质量难题。
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，机械、机电、电气、质量管理等相关专业。
- 2 年以上制造业量产质量工作经验，熟悉电机、线性传动产品生产工艺与常见质量缺陷。
- 熟练使用 QC 七大手法、5Why、8D 等质量工具，能独立分析并解决现场质量问题。
- 了解 ISO9001/IATF16949 体系，能看懂机械图纸与检验规范。
- 现场应变、沟通协调能力良好，可适应产线工作节奏，抗压性强。
- 基础英语读写能力。
