Your Key Responsibilities

- 负责理解并澄清客户应用需求，识别伺服电机、力矩电机及EMA相关应用场景下的系统级需求。
  Understand and clarify customer application needs, and identify system-level requirements for servo motor, torque motor, and EMA-related applications.
- 主导电机系统顶层架构搭建，将系统需求分解为子系统、模块及关键部件需求。
  Lead the top-level motor system architecture design and decompose system requirements into subsystem, module, and key component requirements.
- 制定并维护系统需求文档、接口需求及技术规范，确保各子系统需求清晰、完整且可追溯。
  Develop and maintain system requirement documents, interface requirements, and technical specifications to ensure subsystem requirements are clear, complete, and traceable.
- 协调电机、驱动、控制、机械及应用团队，推动系统方案评审、需求确认和技术问题闭环。
  Coordinate motor, drive, control, mechanical, and application teams to drive system solution reviews, requirement alignment, and technical issue closure.
- 支持客户技术沟通，准确传递应用需求，并提出系统设计、性能及接口方面的技术要求。
  Support technical communication with customers, communicate application requirements accurately, and define technical requirements for system design, performance, and interfaces.
- 支持EMA及力矩电机产品的系统方案开发、需求验证和产品迭代，确保方案满足客户应用和项目目标。
  Support system solution development, requirement validation, and product iteration for EMA and torque motor products to ensure solutions meet customer applications and project objectives.
- 参与系统级风险识别、技术可行性分析及问题定位，推动设计优化和工程落地。
  Participate in system-level risk identification, technical feasibility analysis, and issue diagnosis to drive design optimization and engineering implementation.

Your Qualifications

- 具备全日制本科及以上学历，电机、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化或相关专业背景。

  Hold a full-time bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, motor engineering, or a related field.

- 具备5年以上电机相关工作经验，并具备至少3年以上电机系统工程或系统架构相关经验。

  Bring over 5 years of motor-related experience, including at least 3 years in motor systems engineering or system architecture.

- 熟悉伺服电机、力矩电机或相关电机系统的工作原理、性能指标、应用场景及系统集成要求。

  Demonstrate familiarity with the principles, performance metrics, application scenarios, and system integration requirements of servo motors, torque motors, or related motor systems.

- 掌握系统需求分析、需求分解、接口定义及技术规范编写方法，能够独立完成系统级需求管理工作。

  Master system requirement analysis, requirement decomposition, interface definition, and technical specification development, with the ability to manage system-level requirements independently.

- 具备跨团队技术沟通和问题推动能力，能够协调研发、应用、客户及相关团队达成技术共识。

  Demonstrate strong cross-functional technical communication and issue-driving capabilities, with the ability to align R&D, application, customer, and relevant teams.

- 具备良好的客户需求理解能力，能够将应用场景转化为清晰、可执行的系统设计要求。

  Show strong capability in understanding customer needs and translating application scenarios into clear and actionable system design requirements.

- 具备良好的英语读写及技术沟通能力，能够阅读英文技术资料并进行专业技术交流。

  Possess good English reading, writing, and technical communication skills to review English technical documents and conduct professional technical discussions.
