工业工程主管TL Industrial Engineering（平湖）

Your Key Responsibilities

- 管理工厂工业工程部门，统筹PMO、IE、ME及精益团队的日常运营、资源分配与绩效达成。
  Manage the plant Industrial Engineering function, overseeing daily operations, resource allocation, and performance delivery across PMO, IE, ME, and Lean teams.
- 制定并推动工业工程工作计划，支持产能规划、效率提升、成本优化和生产流程改善。
  Develop and drive industrial engineering plans to support capacity planning, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and production process enhancement.
- 执行关键IE项目与专项改善工作，运用IE方法识别瓶颈、减少浪费并提升现场运营效率。
  Lead key IE projects and improvement initiatives, applying industrial engineering methods to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve shopfloor operational efficiency.
- 推动精益生产体系落地，组织开展八大浪费识别、七大手法应用及持续改善活动。
  Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing practices, organizing activities related to waste identification, application of IE tools, and continuous improvement.
- 协同生产、质量、设备、供应链等相关部门，推进跨部门改善项目并确保项目目标按期达成。
  Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functions to execute cross-functional improvement projects and ensure timely achievement of project goals.
- 建立并优化IE相关标准、流程和数据分析机制，提升工时、产能、布局及效率管理的准确性和规范性。
  Establish and optimize IE-related standards, processes, and data analysis mechanisms to improve the accuracy and consistency of labor, capacity, layout, and efficiency management.
- 培养和管理团队成员，明确岗位职责、提升专业能力，并推动团队协作与执行力提升。
  Develop and manage team members by clarifying responsibilities, strengthening professional capabilities, and improving team collaboration and execution.

Your Qualifications

- 具备全日制本科及以上学历，工科相关专业背景。
  Hold a full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 具备5年及以上工业工程相关工作经验，拥有至少3年团队管理经验优先。
  Bring at least 5 years of industrial engineering experience, 3 years in people management is preferred.
- 熟悉工业工程核心方法，能够熟练应用八大浪费、七大手法等工具开展现场改善。
  Demonstrate solid knowledge of core IE methodologies and the ability to apply tools such as the eight wastes and seven IE techniques in shopfloor improvement.
- 掌握精益生产理念和实践方法，能够推动精益项目落地并量化改善成果。
  Apply lean manufacturing principles and practices to implement lean projects and quantify improvement results.
- 具备较强的数据分析、流程优化和项目管理能力，能够独立推动跨部门改善项目。
  Possess strong capabilities in data analysis, process optimization, and project management, with the ability to independently drive cross-functional improvement projects.
- 具备良好的团队管理、沟通协调和问题解决能力，能够在制造现场高效推动执行。
  Demonstrate strong team management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive execution effectively in a manufacturing environment.
- 熟练使用英语进行听、说、读、写沟通，并能够在跨部门或跨区域业务场景中开展专业交流。
  Communicate proficiently in English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, and conduct professional communication in cross-functional or cross-regional business settings.
