Our Offering
- Competitive wages – Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / year;
- This position is located onsite in Oakville, Ontario;
- Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;
- Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;

Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide qualified support services for assigned customer group and sales organization, at all stages of the order attainment and fulfillment process.
- Implement and align the service standards agreed (concerning e.g. quotation and contract management, price list management, master data management, etc.).
- Develop and implement internal interfaces to ensure efficient end-to-end processes.
- Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate with involved departments to realize corrective actions.
- Identify optimization areas, and implement respective projects, potentially involving stakeholders from sales, logistics and supplier.
- Provide advice to accountable stakeholder in the sales organization or with the supplier organization.
Your Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Engineering
- 3 to 5 years
