Your Key Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities - Purchasing Coordinator ( Off Role)
• To interact with Suppliers regarding supplies.
• To Get the Schedules from the Suppliers on monthly basis
• To follow-up with Suppliers & SCM planners ensuring the parts are produced as per requirement.
• To Follow-up with Suppliers for the getting the parts produced on priority.
• To ensure timely update of documents in the system for conflict of Minerals, Sustainability & vendor documents whenever needs updation
• Preparing list of critical parts on every Monday for attending Purchasing meeting.
• Processing all the invoice with approvals for indirect materials.
• Scheduling and maintaining all the AMC's related to Navi Mumbai VLS office.
• To follow-up with warehouse team to ensure that parts are procured on timely basis.
Your Qualifications
• Any Bachelor Degree with Good Knowledge in MS Office & SAP with 2 to 5 yrs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
