Your Key Responsibilities
1. 主导并落地供应链交付战略，从端到端交付视角保障工厂稳定供应，推动战略在区域层面深度执行。
2. 统筹交付协调中心协同，提升端到端交付可靠性与供应链韧性，识别并解决跨区域、跨工厂交付瓶颈。
3. 通过系统性监控、数据分析与战略对齐，实现多区域需求与本地供应的透明化管理，确保内外部资源信息同步一致。
4. 整合需求信号，主导本地供应能力规划与产能布局，统筹内部资源与第三方供应商能力匹配，支撑中长期业务规划。
5. 前瞻性识别交付风险，制定风险预案并推动跨组织短期 / 中长期调整，保障关键物料与产线持续稳定交付。
6. 监控并复盘交付绩效，定期向管理层汇报交付状态，输出改善方案并推动战略级调整与流程优化。
7. 牵头供应链跨部门改善项目，推动流程标准化、数字化与效率提升，赋能团队并沉淀最佳实践
Your Qualifications
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，工科背景优先；
2. 具备出色的分析与问题解决能力，逻辑思维清晰，具备开放心态
3.在跨职能、跨文化工作环境中拥有优秀的沟通协调能力；
4. 至少 2 年供应链管理相关工作经验（如采购、计划，项目管理，产品管理等）；
5.具备较强抗压能力、执行力与责任心，适应多任务协同工作。
6.良好的英文读写及口语能力；数据处理和分析能力
