Your Key Responsibilities
- 领导、管理和监控负责的南京IT团队的预算和关键绩效指标（KPI），以确保整个组织的绩效
- 与各IT产品和产品线的集团IT其他职能团队合作，参与与其他业务功能的对接
- 确保与集团IT的区域职能团队保持定期沟通，实现全面协调
- 负责南京IT部门IT相关工作，具体包括但不限于
捕捉并转化业务需求，针对标准服务或额外服务的提供，改进并定义新的客户支持服务，必要时为业务提供支持
实施有效的终端用户IT资产管理，以保障资产安全并快速共享组织中的闲置资产
负责所有IT支持、资产管理、客户服务，确保负责场点的客户完全满意（地点包括办公室、生产大厅、物流仓库和培训中心）
作为现场IT人员，管理负责产品的生命周期，包括产品路线图定义、人员规划、月度产品收费文件准备、产品相关故障排除等。
Your Qualifications
- 计算机科学、工程或相关领域的学士学位，具备实际知识和经验
- 5年以上IT管理经验
- 具备一定的英语表达能力
