Your Key Responsibilities
- Support on the new test rig investment progress, lead the test rig development project, monitoring of the project timeline and cost
- Wind main bearing test rig operation according to test specification / customers’ requirements, includes the test assembly, running, continuous data evaluation, disassembly
- Cooperate with AE/project manager to finalize the test concept, conduct the tests and assure on-time and high-quality test results for wind main bearing testing with shaft system
- Measurement technology development & application on testing
- Help on develop test specification, optimize the test system and processes considering EnEHS regulations
- Support on analyze test results, process data and deliver test reports
- Enhance test competence on wind main bearing with cooperation and support by HQ testing team and customers
- Test rig improvement, maintenance and calibration considering high OEE
- Test lab management
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or mechatronic engineering, with bearing knowledge / experience is preferred
- Experience of wind main bearing test rig or wind power chain/gearbox test system operation, test result evaluation and failure analysis
- Good understanding of wind shaft system or power chain design and operation
- Be familiar with measurement technology, DAQ for test rig operation, test measurement and evaluation
- Knowledge of test lab management, calibration and maintenance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to partner and work collaboratively in a cross functional and cross-regional team environment
- Fluent communication in English, German is a plus
