Your Key Responsibilities
1. 负责客户需求管理与计划排程，确保订单交付的及时性与可靠性
2. 校验客户需求，处理积压订单及异常高需求，协调需求与产能匹配
3. 向内部供应商创建采购订单（PO），跟进并优化确认交期
4. 监控供应商交付绩效，处理异常、瓶颈及升级沟通
5. 协调订单变更、交付计划及物料状态相关的销售支持工作
6. 负责库存优化，包括本地及全球库存调拨
7. 作为关键用户，参与流程优化及相关项目支持
Your Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，1年及以上供应链、IE、项目管理等相关工作经验，有工业制造背景者优先
2. 熟悉 SAP 系统及数据分析
3. 具备良好的计划能力、问题解决能力和抗压能力,责任心强，能独立推进工作
4. 结果导向，客户意识强，良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神
5. 具备一定的业务敏感度与持续改进意识
