Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with accounting/ treasury and tax department
- Responsible for the daily work of controlling department
- Responsible for all tasks related to the segment which he/she is responsible for
- Preparation of monthly segment cost report
- Analysis of production cost & monthly deviations (actual vs budget)
- Coordinate of segment planning process, forecast and budget planning regarding production cost
- GPC/SQV/STC calculation
- Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor
- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.
- Support and take initiatives on SPS.
- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security.
- Support on Environmental Management.
- Support on internal control.
- Support on Excellence.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Your Qualifications

- Proficient with production process and production cost.
- Good communication with production sites and with Finance community
- Sound knowledge of budget and planning process
- Understanding of production process and cost therewith
- Good at Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO module and other related modules to production, inventory and purchasing
- Bachelor’s degree or above in economics or business administration; Proficiency in English; Good at communication and cooperative
