薪资结算专员 Payroll Profess. （南京）

Your Key Responsibilities

-    Manage the onboarding, exit, and retirement processes for site employees.
-    Provide on-site services, including certification and talent policy support.
-    Maintain site employees’ personal profiles.
-    Update social insurance and housing fund records monthly, ensure timely payment of employee benefits, and maintain SAP data accurately.
-    Check the accuracy of all supplier bills and carry out the related processes.
-    Handle work injury applications and related claim settlements.
-    Support internal and external social insurance annual audits.
-    Serve as the contact person with related government agencies for matters such as special working hours applications and government subsidies.
-    Respond to on-site data requests.

Your Qualifications

-    Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 2 years of HR-related work experience.
-    Proficient in using English as a working language for communication and audit responses.
-    Willing to learn and think outside the box.
-    Strong sense of responsibility, with attention to detail and patience.
-    Good at collaborating and cooperating with different stakeholders and colleagues.
