工厂成本控制专员 Plant Controller(南京)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all tasks related to the segment which he/she is responsible for:
• Coordinate of segment planning process, forecast and budget planning regarding production cost.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to the plant / segment business partners.
• Monitoring and reporting of financial development and target achievement (actual vs budget)
• Propose and track countermeasures to achieve the defined business targets.
• Advice the plant / segment business partners for their operative and strategic business decision making.
• Prepare monthly segment cost report, analyze monthly material cost and process cost for the deviations
• Yearly standard cost calculation and responsible for improving the quality of material master data.
• Inventory control and analysis monthly.
• Investment controlling.
• Conduct financial trainings to the plant / segment business partners to develop the necessary financial knowledge.
• Close cooperation with and support for finance others teams
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance/ economics.
• Proficiency in English.
• 3 years or above working experience in finance/controlling area.
• Sound knowledge of budget and planning process.
• Understanding of production process and cost therewith.
• Good at Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO module and other related modules to production, inventory and purchasing.
• Familiar with BW applications.
• Familiar with digital tools, like power BI, Power Query etc.
• Team player with high intercultural sensitivity.
• Deep business understanding and customer service mentality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
