Your Key Responsibilities
- 生产成本分析，以流程成本和材料成本为基准，发现异常成本问题并确定潜在的成本削减点
- 负责新项目、新产品、新型号的导入。
- 组织车间对当前价值流进行分析和优化
- 制定改善活动计划，消除浪费，形成价值流
- 组织车间和项目，以实现未来VSM， SMED， TPM，看板，牛奶运行，流程生产等
- 对部门所有员工进行精益培训，传播精益文化
- 跟踪CIP和可持续性
Your Qualifications
1. 2年以上机械制造业IE经验或VAVE经验
2. 本科及以上学历，熟悉SAP
3. 具备一定的英语能力
