General information

The leadership team of Schaeffler Group IT operates within a modern Shared Leadership model that distinguishes between disciplinary leadership (People & Competence Manager), functional leadership (Product Owner), and agile & change management (Scrum Master). Within the IT Strategy & Processes department, we actively support the transition to agile working methods and foster organizational development.

As an intern, you will support various areas of daily business and gain comprehensive insights into personnel topics, organizational development, and agile working.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the People & Competence Manager team in daily business
  • Contributing to organizational development, change management, and agile transformation
  • Gaining insights into personnel management topics such as succession planning, personnel strategy, internationalization, and budget planning
  • Assisting in the organization, execution, and follow-up of (agile) workshops, meetings, and global events
  • Maintaining and administering communication platforms within IT Strategy & Processes and across Group IT
  • Supporting the creation and preparation of presentations and informational materials for various target groups, including senior management
  • Analyzing and evaluating employee surveys and other data using MS Excel or Power BI
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of agile trainings, including Teams webinar preparation, participant communication, and appropriate marketing measures   

Your Qualifications

  • Studying in the fields of Business Administration, (Business) Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a comparable degree program, preferably in an advanced semester
  • Initial experience through an internship in a consulting environment is desirable
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams, with an affinity for IT tools
  • Quick comprehension, independent working style, and enthusiasm for challenging topics
  • Strong communication skills, openness, and organizational talent
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new software tools (e.g., Mendix, Jira)
