Your Key Responsibilities
• Definition of the sales budget of customers in the area / sector of competence and monitoring to achieve it
• Responsibility for turnover and customer margin in the area / sectors of competence
• Implementation of sales strategies
• Implementation of sales campaigns
• Development of new applications and Project Management
• Participation in the administrative management of defaulting customers
• Technical-commercial support to customers in their area of expertise
• Acquisition of new customers and / or new applications
• Promotion and presentation of Schaeffler products / services to customers
• Be able to present/sell the whole Schaeffler product and service solution portfolio
• Gathering information on competitor sales policies
• Reporting and wide use of Schaeffler's CRM
• Strategic account planning and territory development
• Customer relationship management at senior stakeholder level
• Consultative selling
• Promote customer intimacy and long-term partnerships
Your Qualifications
• Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Experience in selling mechanical / power transmission components to OEM / MRO customers
• Experience in Defense field
• Experience in Chemical, Pharma field as a plus
• Good knowledge of English language
• Proficient in common software packages and social platforms (i.e. Linkedin)
• Practice in CRM applications
• Availability to travel, possible also abroad
• Minimum 5 years of experience as account manager, application engineer, business development
• Proven customer network
• Ability to work independently and by objectives
• Strong results orientation
• Attitude to innovation

Pay Range: 60.000-80.000
