Responsabilità principali

The Sales Service Specialist is a key resource to support Sales in customers’ relations. He/She is also key resource for the invoicing process and credit management, aligning internal local processes with corporate guidelines. There are 3 main areas of activity:


Sales Service, Customer Sales Service:
•    Monitoring and clarification of local accounts receivables and credit limits 
•    Management of past dues in conjunction with local finance 
•    Handling of commercial customer complains. Initiation of good will credit notes in conjunction with the respective departments 
•    Creation of credit and debit notes based price deviations 
•    Maintenance of customer relevant data and processes in CRM-Tool 
•    Commercial support of the local sales team and local customers regarding the operational business.

Contract Management, Local Contract Specialist:
•    Ensure compliance with all relevant and latest guidelines and processes in region Europe
•    Support in the creation of new local contracts as well as update existing local contracts
•    Conduct the administration of local contracts for the respective country 
•    Act as contact point for local sales, management and legal regarding all contract related topics
•    Assure that all contracts of the region are stored in the central contract database

Bonus Management:
•    Cooperation in Bonus management activities
•    Management of approval’s flow according to approval guideline
•    Credit notes for Bonuses
•    Claims Management Support (Warranty)
•    Credit/Debit notes related to Warranty (including QM closure)
•    Credit/Debit notes related to Logistics and Transport claims (including QM closure)
•    Debit note transport cost (claims not justified or stock cleanse)
 

Qualifiche

•    Degree in Business Administration with relevant experience in Sales Service, preferably in the Automotive industry
•    Good English level
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
•    Good knowledge of SAP R/3
•    Strong analytical and communications skills
•    Proactive approach
•    Ability to work in a team

 

 

Location: Milano + home office
