Your Key Responsibilities
Governance
- Maintain Company Quality Management System and ensure the ISO 9001 quality standards are met;
- Define, maintain, and review process quality standards/KPIs and ensure compliance;
- Draft and maintain quality system documents such as Procedures, Work Instructions, forms, and similar documents;
- Accountable for the Quality monthly newsletter distribution and monitoring of necessary updates and implementation.
System Audit Coordination and Follow up
- Coordinate and manage preparatory activities for System Audits;
- Lead and participate in System Audits verifying audit reports fulfillment and subsequent validation of implemented actions.
Customer Complaint and Product Quality Management
- Handle Customer Complaints (products and services) and related problem-solving activities (containment actions, root cause analysis, definition and implementation of countermeasures) in coordination with relevan functions/warehouses;
- Handle and inspect Customer Returns with local warehouse;
- Manage in cooperation with the relevant functions and warehouses eventual quality alerts/recalls;
- Manage products Non-conformities and related problem-solving activities.
Cross-Departmental Support and Continuous Improvement
- Provide guidance and support to different departments both on products quality and governance matters;
- Plan and coordinate quality control activities to ensure adherence to established standards;
- Contribute to the company's continuous improvement;
- Implement and maintain reporting to monitor department performance;
- Contribute to different projects lead by the Region.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent titles
- Previous experience as a quality coordinator in the Automotive sector
- Knowledge and ability to apply ISO 9001 standards
- Proficiency in using data management software and databases
- Strong data analysis skills in general (i.e. Excel, power BI)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Teamwork-oriented
- Empathy and interpersonal communication skills, capable of interfacing and interacting with all hierarchical levels
- Fluent spoken and written English to manage relationships with Head Quarter and relevant functional area
- Knowledge of the German or Spanish language will be considered an advantage
Location: Milano - requested weekly presence at the Warehouse located at Momo (Novara)
