Your Key Responsibilities
• Managing of customer complaints (warranties and new parts faulty / logistic and transport claims) through first customer support via customer portal and creation/handling/conclusion of Quality Notifications in SAP
• Daily correspondence with customers and other Schaeffler offices/warehouses for the joint man-agement of complaints
• Archive of the documentation
Your Qualifications
• High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English level
• French would be an added value
As a plus:
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3
• Readiness for digitalization
• Customer and Processes orientation
• Passion for customers’ care
• Curious, willing to learn, precise and attentive to detail
• Well-developed soft skills (communicative, team oriented, ability to handle conflicts and criticism)
• Organizational skills with a high target orientation
