Aim of the Position

The incumbent will promote Vehicle Lifetime Solutions (VLS) range of products (automotive spare parts) in target markets to drive demand and increase sales. The role will also ensure strong brand visibility and consistency at point-of-sale by implementing signage, promotional campaigns and in-market branding initiatives for Schaeffler and its product brands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute in-market activation plans by organizing and managing business partner meets, retailer engagements, product launches, and local events to drive demand and brand recall
  • Adapt regional campaigns into local executions (digital, offline, and BTL) ensuring relevance to Philippines dynamics in automotive aftermarket
  • Align marketing activities with sales priorities, support lead generation, and track follow-ups on key accounts and partners
  • Plan and support technical traning sessions, activations and engagement programs for workshops and mechanics
  • Work closely with local marketing agencies, event partners, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
  • Track KPIs such as event participation, leads generated, signage installations, and campaign reach; provide regular reports and insights
  • Maintain consistency with Schaeffler brand guidelines and ensure all activities comply with internal policies and local regulations

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Arts or related fields
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing fuction for fast pace and multi-national consumer or B2C product industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skills in coordinating across teams with strong time management
  • Good knowledge in digital marketing concepts including SEO and SEM, social media planning, digital marketing campaign management and analytics
  • Good understanding of using Brand Guidelines, Brand Assets and Brand Toolkit
  • Proactive and hold ability to work independently as well as in multi-national groups
  • Excellent command and communication in English
