Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated set of projects and the respectively accountable Project Managers, on a strategic level.
- Lead medium to long term planning and prioritization processes for all projects assigned.
- Act as escalation point of contact within defined escalation paths.
- Decide about conflicting targets or resource requests.
- Monitor project progress and contribute to Go/No-Go decisions.
- Interact and communicate with senior stakeholder peer groups or customers.
- Build up relationships with the customers.
- Responsible for cost, timing, and performance of a project.
- Single point of contact to customer.
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field.
- Minimum 7 years of related industry experience.
- Strong technical experience.
- Technical understanding of E-Mobility products.
- Ability to lead large technical and complex projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to build up relationships with customers.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in an engineering or business related field.
